Always Learning & Growing

As a psychotherapist and a person, I deeply value the ongoing process of formation, learning, and growth. I am committed to this in my personal and professional life, and this shapes how I show up in the therapeutic space.

Prior to beginning work as a psychotherapist in 2020, I worked in public education, student services in higher education, and built young adult communities in a variety of religious communities. I have learned about what contributes to human development, conflict, cooperation, and thriving throughout these professional experiences.
