Psychotherapy can be a really helpful place to sort through deeper sources of pain, confusion, doubt, and suffering. In psychotherapy, we collaborate and together get curious about your life, process the experiences you have had and are having in your relationships, and explore the kind of healing and life you hope for. We can work together on specific concerns you may have around managing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and processing trauma.

My areas of focus include: individual psychodynamic therapy, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, existential concerns, spiritual and religious concerns, complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, dealing with change, burnout, building resiliency, divorce, conflict, personal work with the enneagram, and growth-oriented concerns.
