Cost of Therapy
I understand that financial planning is an important part of the decision to begin therapy. Therapy is an investment of not only your time and energy, but of money. There are three categories of paying for therapy: self-pay, using health insurance benefits, or sliding scale. (1) The self-pay cost for sessions can be seen below. (2) The rate using health insurance benefits are determined by your individual plan, whether you have a co-pay or are responsible for a portion of the cost. (3) I do have a limited number of spots available for a sliding scale rate. If you think you may qualify for a sliding scale, please reach out to apply. Billing is run through Simple Practice to protect your confidential information.
